Alicia Fish, BA, AAB, CPO, Front Office Manager
A valued member of Primary Vision Care since 2004, Alicia creates and ensures excellent rapport with each of our many patients. With a compound education from both The Ohio State University and Central Ohio Technical College, Alicia utilizes her skills and expertise in maintaining procedures, patients and policies at our office. Alicia resides in the Newark area and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Courtney Hammond, BA, CPO, Manager of Accounts Payable
Graduating from Miami University of Ohio, Courtney has provided proficient efforts toward all operations at our office since 2003. Courtney takes great pride in the organization of all our clients and specialist correspondence. With sufficient work experience as an optician and optometric technician in our office, Courtney is currently enrolled in the Rosenberg School of Optometry at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.

Tricia Harden, CPO, Optometric Technician
Certified Paraoptometric, Tricia provides the highest level of vision care to all of our many patients. Tricia has been a part of the Primary Vision Care team for over 11 years, consistently building patient confidence and satisfaction. Invaluable to both doctors and staff, Tricia offers an unrivaled patient care experience utilizing her education and specialized skills. Tricia resides in the Newark area and enjoys spending as much time as possible with her daughter.

Erin Jenks, LDO, NCLEC, Contact Lens Technician/Optician Starting in early 2011, Erin brings over eight years of optometric experience and expertise to our office. Licensed in both glasses and contact lens dispensing, Erin provides a level of proficiency and knowledge that our patients truly enjoy. Combined with her Associates in Opticianry from Hocking College, Erin is an essential member to our team utilizing her profound education and understanding. From the Perry County area, Erin enjoys watching Ohio State football and spending time with friends and family.

Renee Lones-Price, LDO, Optician/Contact Lens Technician
Since 2002, patients genuinely enjoy the level of care and attention Renee provides on a daily basis. A Licensed Dispensing Optician, Renee provides unsurpassed quality to our many glasses or contact lens wearing patients. Renee is also responsible for maintaining and selecting our quality and diverse frame collection, ensuring the latest styles and features. Renee lives in the Perry County area with her husband and son.

Phil Ruppel, BA, CPA, Accountant and Systems Analyst
With over 20 years of public accounting experience, Phil advises all company finances and maintains operations so we can better serve our patients and our community. A Certified Public Accountant and graduate from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Phil ensures that both Primary Vision Care locations have systems in place so that your visit is more than an eye appointment, but an experience that will ensure your return. Originally from Wisconsin, Phil now resides in Reynoldsburg with his wife and son.

Robert Thomas, BA, Optician/Contact Lens Technician
An Ohio University graduate, Robert consistently offers all of our patients the professional care and attention they deserve. Whether it is glasses or contact lenses, Robert’s experience and expertise fulfills the intricate and personal needs of every patient. Robert is also our website and social media specialist, providing original content, photos, and updates. Originally from Cleveland, Robert currently resides in Zanesville with his wife.
